Having been trading for almost four decades, Michell is one of the oldest and longest-standing quality turntable manufacturers still around today. The first version of their superlative Gyrodec was built over 25 years ago, but can still be upgraded and serviced to today's version. 

Combining all of the qualities of the original Michell Gyro turntable but without the acrylic plinth or dustcover, the Michell Gyro SE represents amazing value for the stupendous sound quality on offer.

Featuring a cast aluminium sub-chassis with a three-point suspension of medium mass, compatible with virtually any quality tonearm of your choice. The acrylic vinyl platter has six gold plated brass weights around its circumference to increase mass for better speed stability.

Driven by a low noise DC motor via a round section neoprene belt, it can be upgraded at any time by adding the Michell HR power supply in place of the standard power supply. A stunningly detailed turntable and yet can be upgraded at any time in the future to full Orbe status should you wish.
