Sennheiser RS180 wireless headphones

The RS180 headphones from Sennheiser are over-ear wireless headphones that don't require amplification. Any audio source (such as CD player, iPod/iPhone, television, etc) can drive these headphones to their full potential. The open backed design creates a much more natural, and open sound signature with a more in-depth and wider stereo field/sound stage, which enables the listener to experience a much more spatial orientation whilst listening to music and films.

Differently to previous designs, which relied more on radio transmission of the audio signal, Kleer wireless technology has been designed to have the benefit of sending audio in a lossless and uncompressed fashion wirelessly, and ultimately result in a much better sound clarity and quality. Two other advantages of the Kleer wireless transmition are the heavily reduced power consumption, ands the fact that it is able to choose its own transmission frequency, therefore avoiding interference with other wireless gadgets and devices within the immediate vicinity.

For those who may experience difficulty in hearing dialogue and speech within films or television, there is a special feature to allow dialogue to be more clearly heard. There is also a balance control to allow users with a degree of deafness in one ear to adjust the volume up for the impaired hearing ear only.
