A large full-range floor-standing speaker capable of astounding sonic results, the ATC SCM 40 features a new soft dome HF unit with a precision alloy wave guide yielding transparent, airy high registers. The midrange is handled by a bespoke dedicated 75mm coil studio mid-Soft Dome which is neutral and organic in sound quality. A 180mm bass driver with a massive optimised motor assembly gives extended, tight bass with superb timing. Flat impedance curve allowing easy load for amplifiers. 4-point precision spike assembly. 6-year warranty.

Who are ATC

Formed in 1974 by Billy Woodman to manufacture custom drive units for the professional sound industry, ATC quickly made its mark with the 12″ PA75-314 driver, a design capable of handling more power and producing less distortion at a higher sound pressure level than any other unit on the market.
