Recent modifications that include an upgraded tweeter and enhanced port profile have brought about further improvements in all performance parameters. Each drive unit in the active model has its own dedicated and individually matched MOS-FET amplifier, while the 9" bass driver incorporates ATC's unique Super Linear Magnet technology. Our active crossover network consists of a wide band-width, electronically balanced input stage with high common mode rejection and very low distortion. The ATC SCM50 SL provides broad and symmetrical dispersion, excellent amplitude and phase characteristics throughout the frequency range.

The SCM50 SL is available in a large selection of colours; black ash, cherry, maple, oak, pippy oak, rosewood or walnut ensuring you find the finish option that best suits your personal taste and allows the speaker to blend in harmoniously with your home furnishing style.

Who are ATC

Formed in 1974 by Billy Woodman to manufacture custom drive units for the professional sound industry, ATC quickly made its mark with the 12″ PA75-314 driver, a design capable of handling more power and producing less distortion at a higher sound pressure level than any other unit on the market.
