Having had the pleasure of looking at the stylish, modern-design of the KEF M500 headphones, I jumped at the chance to take them in to our in-store demonstration room and truly get to know them.

We recently took delivery of the Speaker 2 Go from Loewe, so I decided to have a sit down and take note of my thoughts on the product, which makes use of high-quality Bluetooth, a 3.5mm jack lead connect (with lead included), and a USB port for charging your phone/USB device. It's small in stature... But huge in sound.
I've always been skeptic to the belief that cables make a huge difference to a system and its performance.

Since my time with Hifi Gear, I have reviewed a number of high quality Sennheiser products (including the luxurious and sophisticated Momentum model, and the space-age and intricately designed HD700's). I recently decided to 'cut the cord' with conventional headphone set-ups, and experience a wireless quality headset. The Sennheiser RS 220.
Design & Construction
As you’d expect from Arcam, the rBlink DAC is a very well-built little unit, with a small, discrete design, comprising a solid aluminium case with a rubberised bottom panel. Having the outputs one end (a coaxial and stereo RCA) and the power, aerial & Bluetooth sync button the other makes it easy to slip into most systems without getting in the way, unless you are syncing multiple devices to it on a regular basis.
Onkyo TX-NR3010 Review
Onkyo have good a habit of producing award winning AV Receivers in the past few years and have a range to rival any of their competitors.
In the high end series of AV Receivers you have 3 potential options, the TXNR1010, 3010 or 5010 - I chose the mid-range 3010 to trial for a few weeks and to see what performance you get for £2499.

The HD700 headphones from Sennheiser are beautifully built, (as one would expect from such a highly prestigious manufacturer) and are an excellent choice for any home-audio enthusiast looking for a pure high fidelity sound.
The first thing to note about the Sennheiser HD700 headphones is the exceptional amount of comfort they provide. I was sat in the demo room for just short of four hours and I experienced no discomfort; this impeccable comfort almost leads you to forget that you’re even wearing them. This comfort, combined with exceptionally clear sound quality makes it sound as though the artist you’re listening to is in the room with you, performing exclusively for your amusement.
Update: This review was written when the Z2 was a fairly new product and had a price of £329. With a recent price adjustment, you can now pick up a brand new Bowers & Wilkins Z2 for phenomenal £169; at this price, the Z2 is a blinding purchase.

When Jamie (Hifi Gear Manager ) asked me to review the B&W Z2, I was more than delighted; having been a Zep fan for quite some time and have been itching to get my hands on the Z2.
Musical Fidelity EB-50 Review by Jamie Grindrod
With the headphone market exploding with dozens of different brand names with hundreds of models between them thanks to the popularity of Smartphones as music players, it can be difficult to pick the right one for your needs. With the history of Musical Fidelity, you can be sure of a professional audio manufacturer who understands music and how to produce a product of real quality and high performance.
