Nagaoka are a well-established and highly experienced manufacturer of quality phono cartridges, having designed and engineered styli, cartridges and vinyl record accessories since 1940. With over 70 years in the industry, Nagaoka have become renowned for their superior attention to detail and craftsmanship, all the while retaining the design philosophy of putting the listener as close to the performance as possible.
All high-precision micro-components within each cartridge are built by Nagaoka specifically within their own factory, this includes the diamond tips, cantilevers, the specialist samarium cobalt magnets, right down to the cantilevers.
