DALI Oberon 5 Floorstanding Loudspeakers

The Oberon 5 is the smallest floorstanding speaker in the Oberon range, fitting two 5 ¼ inch wood fibre drivers and wide dispersion 29mm soft dome tweeter into an elegant, contemporary cabinet. The Oberon 5 will surprise with its ability to produce impressive deep bass and a well-balanced sound from such a compact cabinet. The Oberon 5 will easily fit into any room, thanks to its compact & sleek design, wide dispersion and well-thought-out structure & bass port design, allowing it to be placed anywhere in a room and still sound superb.

DALI’s Oberon 5.1 Surround System was awarded WhatHifi’s 5 Star award in 2019 for being the best speaker package for under £2000. We recommend using the Oberon 5’s as main speakers in a surround sound system, with a pair of Oberon 1’s or Oberon On-Wall as surround speakers and an Oberon Vokal as a centre speaker, all powered by the 5-Star Award Winning Denon AVR-X2600H.

What is DALI’s Oberon Series?

Oberon is DALI’s award-winning entry-level series which sits just above their Spektor series, enriching and improving upon everything which made Spektor so popular. Don’t let the phrase ‘entry-level’ trick you, as the entire Oberon range is truly class-leading, from its impressive sound to its high-quality build which easily takes on speakers at twice the price.

Oberon features new oversized, wide dispersion tweeters, reinforced wood fibre drivers and a sophisticated cabinet design. Oberon has redefined what is possible at this price point, with class-leading engaging sound and exceptional build quality.

Design and aesthetics were clearly crucial to DALI when designing the Oberon series, from the elegant aluminium bases found on the floor-standing models, to the contrasting, contemporary grilles and the high-quality vinyl & material finishes.

Who is DALI?

DALI (Danish Audiophile Loudspeaker Industries) is, as the name suggests, a Danish company specialising in designing, engineering & building world-class loudspeakers. All DALI speakers feature variations of their lightweight wood fibre driver design, allowing their speakers to be easily driven and create musical, smooth & accurate sound at any volume level.
