KEF C1 Bookshelf speakers

The C1 bookshelf speakers from KEF are a highly compact and versatile peice of KEF technology. They utilise spectacularily accurate 19mm (0.75") tweeters and also make use of KEF's 'tangerine' waveguide technology found in the latest Q series. They also use a slot-ported 100mm (4") midrange/bass driver. Both of these elements are placed on a dense, two-layer front baffle system in order to deliver a complex and astonishingly realistic and spatially accurate sound-stage. The C1 delivers a full performance, and one you would not expect from its discrete appearence and highly modest size. It offers this performance through the use of excellent power handling and a precise and carefully tuned crossover. The front firing bass port makes this speaker vertatile in it's placement, and can easily be wall-mounted.
