The Ci200.2CR in-ceiling loudspeaker builds upon the success of its highly regarded predecessor, seeing the integration of KEF's highly intelligent and world-famous Uni-Q driver array technology, giving the Ci200.2CR the signature 'sit anywhere' KEF level of imaging and detail that other manufacturers are unable to achieve. This unit has a very shallow mounting depth, allowing for easy installation and has been treated to withstand moisture and UV light, making it an ideal option for marine applications or domestic bathrooms. 

Who is KEF and what is their Ci Series?

KEF is a highly renowned, multi-award winning loudspeaker manufacturer whose high-quality products can be found all over the world. KEF began in Maidstone Kent in 1961 by an electrical engineer, Raymond Cooke. KEF is named after Kent Engineering & Foundry, which occupied the KEF site previously. Raymond Cooke was created OBE by Queen Elizabeth II in 1979. KEF has produced products for the BBC, and have a vast range of products at many different price points.

When designing and engineering their range of in ceiling and in-wall loudspeakers, KEF retained the philosophy of 'hiding your speakers, not your sound' in order to offer the home audio enthusiast the best possible sound achievable within a discrete and almost invisible aesthetic.
