As the successor to the highly regarded Proac Studio 110, the all new Studio 115 has been thoroughly re-engineered and every aspect improved to ensure it's performance is taken to the next level. This Certainly is a handsome loudspeaker with it's slimmer front baffle - but this feature also allows the speaker to develop a more spacious and pin-point stereo image. A newly developed pre-pregnated fabric dome tweeter is air cooled to reduce distortion and increase power handling. The brand new carbon loaded polyproylene bass mid driver performs as the ideal piston, as it is incredibly stiff and linear due to it's unique construction. In conjunction with the front mounted reflex port, the bass goes lower and cleaner than any other model in it's price class. The passive crossover has been re-designed to match both new drive units perfectly and to provide an easy load to any hifi amplifier. Generous bitumen damping in the braced cabinet reduces unwanted resonance, so that you hear just the recording, not the loudspeaker. Join us in welcoming this great speaker to the range!
