The Wharfedale Evo 4CS Speakers are designed to utilise technology from Wharfedale's flagship Elysian range for high-end performance, all delivered by a sophisticated driver array with AMT technology and premium curved edges at a more affordable price point. The AMT high-frequency unit enables highly accurate reproduction of audio compared to regular dome tweeters whilst the Kevlar mid/bass driver perfectly compliments the tweeter for natural audio with seamless crossover. The 4CS speaker is the perfect compact addition to your hi-fi setup offering immersive well-rounded audio for your home AV system without taking up lots of room.

Originally crafted for the Wharfedale Elysian speakers, Wharfedale EVO4 series speakers utilise the same Air Motion Transformer (AMT) high-frequency unit, the complete evolution of the standard dome tweeter. Rows of strategically placed magnets drive a large, lightweight, pleated diaphragm that contract and expand, squeezing air into desired waveforms. The result? Wide bandwidth with minimal distortion that features precise detailing and dispersion that engulfs your room in sound crafted by over 75 years of experience.

A woven Kevlar cone fitted with a low-loss rubber surround offers a wide bandwidth that produces powerful bass and a natural soundstage. Kevlar boasts strong yet lightweight characteristics making it ideal for speaker construction removing any unwanted colouration of audio and ensuring long-lasting sonic brilliance for your setup.

Started by a Yorkshireman, Gilbert Briggs in 1932, Wharfedale is one of the most famous loudspeaker brands in the world today. With a huge R&D department and manufacturing facility making over 200 in-house drive unit designs, they are focused on open-backed chassis technology, curved cabinets for reduced internal reflection, kevlar weave cones and powerful neodymium magnets to achieve incredible sound quality at each price point.
